Curtis Anderson
Founder

With over 35 years of cross-functional leadership, Curtis brings deep expertise in finance, operations, and strategy to high-growth and entrepreneurial businesses. As a co-founder of two companies acquired in multi-million dollar deals, and a turnaround expert for a third, he understands firsthand the challenges fast-growing companies face—and how to overcome them. Curtis has held executive roles across accounting, sales, marketing, and product management, and is known for building financial and operational models that drive clarity and growth.

Curtis has a unique ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable strategies at every level—from the shop floor to the boardroom. Beyond the spreadsheets, Curtis is a proud father of five and grandfather of fifteen, a dedicated University of Utah fan, and wants more time for woodworking and golfing.

Craig Tarnutzer

Craig Tarnutzer is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in financial reporting and management, audit preparation and collaboration, and SEC filings for multiple companies in several industries. Craig's educational background and schooling from Brigham Young University’s Master of Accountancy program has equipped him with a strong foundation in financial principles, advanced accounting techniques, and strategic business management. When he is not working, he spends time with his five kids and wife, watching a good movie, or playing basketball or volleyball.

Cody Anderson

Cody Anderson received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Utah valley university with a focus in data analytics. He has been working with Omnivista advisors for over 4 years and has previous experience with data analytics. Cody has three beautiful children with his wife and they love to travel together in their free time. Cody enjoys watching and playing baseball, basketball, and golf; he can be found at Top Golf with his oldest son in the evenings and on the weekends.

Kari Frech

Kari Frech is an experienced accountant with several years of expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit preparation, account reconciliations, and payroll for companies in multiple industries. Kari holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University. This education, combined with hands-on experience, has prepared her to manage accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance at all levels, and support the overall integrity of accounting operations. Kari enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, and hiking.
